By accessing or using the Unwired Learning platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

4. Content Ownership and Usage

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to video lectures, e-books, PDFs, quizzes, and assignments ("Content"), is the property of Unwired Learning or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without prior written consent from Unwired Learning.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Content through your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

Certain courses or features on the Platform may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Unwired Learning reserves the right to change its pricing at any time; however, any changes will not affect purchases already made.

6. Termination

Unwired Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, Unwired Learning, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unwired Learning makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform or the Content, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unwired Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
  • Any content obtained from the Platform.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unwired Learning operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Unwired Learning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
